Chat over Pizza

Greetings from a chilly Dublin!

Our student numbers have steadily increased since we opened our doors here on 43 Leeson Street Lower in Dublin. We are of course delighted that our study abroad program is successful. The Champlain Abroad staff has always had an open door policy to our offices on the ground floor of the Academic Building. We strive to remain as much personal contact we possibly can with students in our day to day jobs and we do know that students like hanging out and sharing their thoughts with us. However with larger groups we also realized that some scheduled feedback time was needed.

Starting this spring, every week through the semester the Champlain Abroad Dublin staff invites a small group of students for pizza lunch in the student lounge in our Academic Centre. In this new on-going effort to get feedback about the program we encourage the students to ask questions and share their experience and ideas. By the end of the semester all students will have had this opportunity. (and of course free pizza J) So far it’s proven helpful to both students and staff.
